I was at Six Flags and was very disappointed in Primos Pizzeria. I had purchased an all day dining and drink pass. It was 22 minutes before closing and I needed to get a gluten free meal. I read that Primos has a gluten free option. However when I arrived, the management didn’t want to cook another pizza for me. So they denied me a gluten free pizza. It was clear management didn’t want to put in the time to make the pizza, even though they had 20 minutes before closing and the oven was still on. I am very disappointed. I paid for an all day dining option, and was looking forward to this meal. I felt like the customer in this situation was LAST and not first.
