Oktoberfest
Six Flags Over Texas' fall feast of German‑inspired bites, refreshing Oktoberfest brews, and lively Bavarian entertainment.
The Fall fun of Oktoberfest is returning to Six Flags Over Texas for 2026. Running weekends throughout September and October, the food-centric event offers numerous craft and seasonal beers and a variety of German-inspired cuisine. Live music provides the entertainment alongside party games and competitions, setting the festive vibes.
Enjoy all the bratwurst, pretzels, schnitzel, and brews you want and then jump on your favorite ride or roller coaster (or maybe add in some buffer time between). It's the perfect time to break out the dirndls and lederhosen, sample refreshing new flavors, play a few games, and celebrate as the Bavarians do.
Oktoberfest generally coincides with Fright Fest, making it the perfect daytime event to enjoy before the sun sets and the scares begin.

Oktoberfest 2026 Discussion

The park was closed yesterday and now today and I was planning to visit to use my Oktoberfest food sampler card. What are you going to do since the park was closed and I couldn’t use it?
