Six Flags Over Texas celebrated it’s official 65th anniversary today with a small ceremony. The park originally opened on August 5, 1961 and has been thrilling guests from around the world ever since.

Christmas in July Sale

Six Flags Over Texas is having a Christmas in July ticket sale, allowing guests to buy a single-day SFOT ticket for $39 or a 2-day, 2-park ticket for SFOT/Hurricane Harbor for $50. Tickets can be purchased online from the official site until July 31 and the tickets can be used until September 7, 2026 (Labor Day).
