Sections of Park Flood During Rainy Weekend

SFOT’s 2026 Memorial Day Weekend took a pause Sunday as thunderstorms moved through Arlington, generating a blast of rainfall that flooded sections of the park per Social Media posts. Even the newly-renovated Southern Palace was not immune, with video showing water leaking in both front and back-of-house areas. The park is no stranger to flooding, with Johnson Creek typically being the culprit.

Six Flags Introduces Free Pre-K Pass

Six Flags has launched a new free Pre‑K Pass that gives kids ages 3–5 unlimited visits for the entire 2026 season, and Six Flags Over Texas is one of the participating parks. Families just need an active 2026 Silver, Gold, or Prestige Pass or Membership to register, then activate the child’s pass at the front gate by May 31 with proof of age. Each adult pass can register up to two Pre‑K kids, and children 2 and under already get in free. The offer runs April 22–May 31.

Titan Turns 25

More Leadership Shakeups Across Six Flags

Crowd Alert: March 13-15

A perfect storm of crowds is brewing at Six Flags Over Texas this weekend. Not only has Spring Break started, but an Indycar Grand Prix is happening throughout the streets of nearby ATT Stadium and Globe Life Field. Very heavy crowds are expected at the park and throughout Arlington. Visitors beware!
