JB’s Smokehouse Barbecue serves barbecue including sirloin, sausage, smoked chicken wings. Guests can pair their entrees with sides including smashed potatoes, mac & cheese, fried Brussel sprouts, corn cobs, or a side garden salad. You can complete the meal and satisfy your sweet tooth with banana pudding, a fruit cup, or hot peach cobbler.

In a bizarre, seemingly chain-wide cost cutting change, JB’s stopped offering smoked brisket in 2026 and now serves smoked sirloin in its place.

Guests can choose to enjoy their meal on JB’s huge covered patio, or stay indoors in the air conditioning.

Immediately prior to being JB’s Smokehouse the restaurant was named Gator McGee’s Grill and tied in with the theming for Runaway Mountain.
