Six Flags over Texas recently unveiled their special event lineup for 2025 via social media. Here are the events announced:

It appears the short-lived, event-within-an-event Scream Break won’t be returning for 2025. As always, our event pages will be updated with more details as the events near and more information is available.

Are there any events you wish the park would bring back?

Though the park hasn’t released any information, I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a summer show in Southern Palace.

Could you please do a St Patrick’s Day celebration using recorded & live music, Irish storytelling & kids’ performances, luck-themed crafts, Irish Step Dancing performances from the local Irish Step Dancing Schools (kids and adults dance), quick activities, crafts, step lesson with characters pretending too learn in a silly way, and other performances that are already well practiced and ready to go from the North Texas Irish Festival that’s around this time of year? There are a lot of people with Irish Heritage that would come if you include a family & heritage appreciation element to it, including people from all over that came for this festival. Entertainment could be free or cheap and a point of local pride. Think of getting a harp player and having a well thought out leprechaun hunt. Authentic Irish food is hearty & delicious, plus add green food coloring to funnel cake toppings and other treats as an easy way to convert some existing menu items to make them special for this event’s theme. Hope you think about it.

I’m glad the splash water parade is coming back. That was a lot of fun on a hot Texas day.. and the new summer event coming on also sounds like it’s going to be a lot of fun

Agreed, the Splash Water Parade was quite popular. Plus it’s smart business as a way to entice guests to stay at the park longer during those hot days.

Personally I wish the Texas Heritage/Best of Texas fest would return. It was a fairly unique event for the park!
