Spring Break has officially started at Six Flags over Texas, and here’s everything to expect if you check out the annual event.

Returning for Spring Break 2024 is Live and Local, which has local musicians performing live music on the Silver Star Carousel stage. Eight dining locations throughout the park are offering special food and beverage options with a tropical twist. And of course, the park’s extensive collection of rides and attractions are ready to thrill guests.

But that’s not all. As the sun begins to set, Scream Break kicks in. A special, separate ticketed event from 6-9pm, Scream Break has a brand new theme for 2024. Sections of the Texas area transform into the long-forgotten resort of Lōkahi Island, where mysterious forces has guests from the 1960s stuck in an eternal time-loop. All is explained in the Lōkahi Island Welcome Center, a pre-show in Casa Magnetica. Then, visitors can try the all-new haunted house Curse at the Polynesian Palm, where visitors will come face to face with psychedelic spirits.

Scream Break also features entertainment from a Zombie DJ with Fire Dancers and Hula Ghouls to keep crowds entertained. There’s also 2 special Tiki bars and exclusive ride access to El Aserradero and Rodeo.
