Viva La Fiesta returns to Six Flags over Texas starting this weekend, running weekends from April 5 through May 4. The event celebrates Latin American and Caribbean culture, complete with authentic food, lively music, traditional dances, and specialty drinks.

For Viva La Fiesta 2025, guests can expect:

  • A high-energy Looney Tunes dance party each morning where guests can sing and dance in a festive celebration
  • Traditional music through the Mexico-themed area with Mariachi Bohemio, Fort Worth’s finest mariachi, Ballet Folklórico and the tunes of one of the hottest local DJs, Chicana DJ Virah
  • An all-new menu at La Cantina featuring shredded beef and crispy chicken tortas, Spanish rice, pinto beans, and tricolor tortilla chips with roasted salsa
  • More authentic flavors like roasted elotes, crispy tostones (fried plantains) with creamy salsa, and specialty churros for a limited time
  • Handcrafted cocktails and mocktails made with tropical flavors of mango, coconut, and pineapple
  • For one weekend only (April 12-13), special appearances by:
    • Rumbamena’s international dance company performing salsa and samba choreography
    • Manteca Blue & The Latin Corner playing electrifying Latin-jazz fusion rhythms
