Tormenta Rampaging Run, Six Flags over Texas’ new-for-2026 roller coaster, has reached another construction milestone. Crews just completed its first inversion, a towering 218-ft Immelmann loop, the tallest of its kind anywhere. This milestone comes a few weeks after another milestone with the lift and first drop being completed.

Tormenta will ultimately break 6 world records, including the tallest, fastest, and longest dive coaster. The next inversion element along its course, a 179-ft vertical loop, will also break a height record.
