Six Flags Adds Regional Parks to Passes, Memberships

Feb 2, 2026 | Park News | 0 comments

Six Flags is expanding park access to the popular Gold tier season pass/membership by introducing the concept of regions. To explain the somewhat convoluted path of how we got here, first we must go back…

Starting in 2025, season passes and memberships did not include access to other Six Flags parks. For that, an optional upgrade—the All Park Passport—was introduced, giving access to all “legacy” Six Flags and Cedar Fair parks throughout the chain.

As Six Flags began selling 2026 season passes and memberships in late 2025, the structure changed such that the All Park Passport (APP) was included with the premium-tier Prestige Pass/Membership. Gold Pass/Membership owners could still upgrade their admission to include the APP, however the occasionally-offered, base-level Silver Pass was not eligible for the APP upgrade.

And that brings us back to current day. On February 2, 2026, Six Flags introduced the concept of regions, and that Gold Passes/Memberships would also automatically include access to other park in the same region (Prestige passes/memberships still already include the APP).

What are the Regions?

There are four regions as shown below. Your region is determined by the home park you buy and initially process your season pass/membership from.

What if you already purchased the All Park Passport for your Gold Pass?

If you purchased a 2026 Gold season pass or membership and the All Park Passport upgrade, your pass/membership will get a free upgrade to the Prestige level on February 27 per the official press release.

If you purchased a Gold season pass or membership during the 2025 MVP sale which included the All Park Passport will retain all-park access through 2026, reverting back to regional access beginning in 2027 for those maintaining active memberships.

Can Gold Passes Still Upgrade to the All Park Passport?

While not specifically mentioned in the press release, it appears the All Park Passport is no longer going to be offered as an upgrade to Gold passes. Those wanting access to all Six Flags parks would need to get the Prestige pass/membership.
