Texas Taco Bar
Street tacos stuffed with barbacoa, chicken carnita, or smoked brisket are the main staple of Texas Taco Bar located across from Crazy Horse Saloon. A special “Best Brisket Taco Ever” is made on top of fry bread and promises enough caloric fuel to get you through your visit. Guests can round out their meal with chips and queso or salsa, seasoned black beans, or elote in a cup (Mexican street corn).
Introduced in 2018, the Texas Taco Bar was previously known as Go Fresh Cafe, an attempt at offering healthier dining options in the park. This dining location is probably best known as being one of the park’s Newman’s Corn Dog restaurants for decades.
