Rancho de Pollo
Rancho de Pollo (also known as Totally Kickin’ Chicken) was a long-standing, counter-serve dining location in the Mexico & Spain area of the park. Before its demolition in April 2025 as part of 2026 enhancements, it had most recently served a variety of chicken-based entrees and sides, including Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches, fries, and chicken strips tossed in a variety of sauces.
