Six Flags over Texas Dining

Six Flags over Texas offers numerous dining options, including standard theme park fare like burgers, pizza, chicken strips, smoked turkey legs, Texas-style barbecue, and more. Diners can find healthier options like flatbreads and salads in certain locations.

Most major, permanent dining locations throughout the park are listed below by location (smaller, generic snack stands and carts are not included).

What’s New in Six Flags over Texas Dining

With 2026 being Six Flags over Texas’ 65th year running, the park has been in change and improve mode, and dining is no exception.

Some items from Holiday in the Park 2025 proved popular enough to become permanent menu items: smoked chicken wings at JB’s Smokehouse and pull-apart cinnamon sugar bread at Los Dulces and Etienne’s. Bubba’s offers an Outlaw Dog, made with a giant jalapeno cheese sausage. Smith Street Ice Cream has a variety of new desserts including sundaes, banana splits, and extreme milkshakes.

Texas Tacos is converting back to selling hand-dipped corn dogs as Texas Corndogs and Fries, a classic park staple paying homage to its 65-year legacy.

2026’s biggest change in Six Flags over Texas dining will be the addition of Cocina Abuela. Once the new restaurant opens, it will become the park’s largest restaurant, serving a variety of Latin-inspired cuisine in the shadows of Tormenta Rampaging Run.
