Music Mill Amphitheater

The Music Mill Amphitheater is Six Flags over Texas’ premier venue for concerts and other large shows. Located in the far northwest corner of the park’s Tower section, the Music Mill Amphitheater is named for its watermill that feeds of Johnson Creek.

Originally added to the park in 1974 with 4,500 seats, the theater was later expanded to 10,000 seats in 1986 and again expanded to over 10,000 seats in 1995.

Removal from 2022 Map

The image of and references to the Music Mill Amphitheater were removed from the 2022 park map, leading some to believe it may be removed. Employees at the time reportedly the amphitheater was still being used for student competitions and performances. Music Mill reappeared on the 2023 park map.
